Shooting downtown in the 6th Street Bridge Park is one of my favorite locations during the spring, and summer. It’s great because it has the river to one side, a nice green park in the middle, and some cool, old, brick buildings to the other side. Just a ton of great little spots for a huge variety of looks. I am a huge fan of the old brick, beat up concrete, very urban feel that you can't fake in a studio, and can't find in the country. Pair it with great looking subjects and you can't lose! These were taken late last summer. It’s a family I have taken before, and they wanted to do an update of family and kids portraits before the snow started to fly. So we all loaded up and headed downtown with an hour or so of daylight left in the day. These are just a handful of the shots that we got that day. A couple of each of the kids in the family!
Thanks for looking and as always, comments are appreciated!
